Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. R12.2.4 complete path for /OA_MEDIA/ directory

Hi,

We are on R12.2.4

We are trying to upload some .bmp images for iProcurement stores.

However our DBA is unable to locate /OA_MEDIA/ directory.

He could find the below directory but not /OA_MEDIA/

EBSapps/comn/java/classes/oracle/apps/media

Can you anyone help me with the complete path of /OA_MEDIA/ please.
