New Fiscal Years Not Appearing in FDMEE

We are preparing to start a new Fiscal Year.  We have set-up the Fiscal Year/Periods in our Oracle GL (R12), and we were able to add the 12 new periods to FDMEE under the Set-up->Integration Set-up->Period Mapping->Global Mapping Tab.  But, when we go to add the period to the Source Mapping Tab, the New GL Year & New GL Periods that were set-up in Oracle EBS do not appear.  The calendar updates have been in Oracle for almost 12 months.  We just set-up FY19 in Oracle and that is not showing up either.  The only years that appear are those that were added during the original implementation.
