Item location deletion issue

Hi,

I am unable to delete the location form the item branch. I already taken below action before deleting it -

1. No open order exist.

2. Location is the secondary location.

3. Nothing in any bucket of item availability.

I have also attached the screenshot in work document. Can i request you to look and assist me what i am missing to check and what action can be taken to delete the location from item branch ?
