End-of-file on Communication Channel Issue - Need Help

User is getting intermittent End-of-file on Communication Channel errors

one of our production Oracle 11.2.0.4 databases which is interfering with creating

and refreshing Lumira documents from desktop. They are also recently

receiving other data errors or blank results when refreshing these

documents from the BI Servers. SAP thinks they are related and wants to

troubleshoot the issue from desktop first. User was able to throw the error

from Lumira on both her IP addresses this morning.  There is nothing in the Alert Log or

trace files generated.  Asked end user to configure SQL Net tracing as listed below.  It did not work.
