SLA-Creating and setting Custom Source for Costing
We are creating the function for a specific order type and we like it book it into a different COGS Account. We notice in the Order management module for transaction type, you can set up COGS account for each transaction type. Right now, the COGS setup on the item level. We would like to set up in SLA to look at the OM transaction type first and if its blank then go to the item level for the account. I did the set up and I would like to know if I did it correctly.
