How to check who has update the information?

in Quoting - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

I understand that when using a responsibility that has forms based function, I can go to help and then record history and it will show me who is the last person updated the record.

In quoting, most of it are html based pages, how can I find out who has last updated record from the html page? Gurus, please advise. Thank you.
