Manager Self Service Tie Entry approval

When an employee has saved time cards but did not actually submit them for approving by their supervisor, is there a function out there for the Manager to be able to approve "saved only, not submitted" time cards from their reporting employees?

The scenario is: the employee has saved time cards, has not submitted them for approval, and is nowhere to be reached. Can the supervisor simply approve saved time cards and if so, where is the option to do that.
