Does anyone know if certification NF 525 for France is available for R11 please?

Hi

Does anyone know if certification document NF 525 for France is available for Oracle R11 please?  This is a requirement announced under the Draft Finance Bill and is in line with the German GoB requirement.  Any help greatly appreciated.  Thank you
