OMS in Solaris 11 Zone ?

I am looking at installing Cloud Control on Solaris however the Cloud Control Basic Installation Guide (13C Release 2) states that 'OMS on Solaris 11 local zone is not supported.'  Does this also mean that OMS is not supported on a Solaris Kernel zone as well ?
