Not able to Import Project Contract

Hi,

When I try to import project contracts in ACTIVE status, I am getting the below error:

"A matching record of type OKC_CONTRACT_TYPE_PARTIES cannot be found using the value of the attribute Owner Flag provided, or the matching record is not active. (MKT-285217) Cause: No record exists with the specified attribute value or a matching record does exist however it is not active. Action: Update the attribute value to reference an existing, active record.",
