Change a Policy in a Template

Hello,

I'm using 12.1.3 and I have defined a new Policy Schedule, when I try to assign it to an item in the template the field is grey out and alterady has a policy there.

How can I add a new policy to an existing item in the template?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
