Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Bar to scroll horizontally in siebel does not work

Hello,

I have siebel sales version 8.1.1.15, Windows 10 1703 and Internet explore 11.

My problem is that the bar to scroll is not working in Siebel.

Can anybody hepl me please.
