Averify errors 28000 & 28001 are relevant?

Are these two errors: AGIL-00028000 & AGIL-00028001 relevant for Averify 1.7.8? I could find a bug where it's mentioned that 28001 can be ignored as a test case & it's fixed in 9.3.7. I couldn't find any corresponding entry for these two values in Averify Master Index or ADT_AVERIFY archive..
