updating Project Implementation options under staffing Tab

Hi

When setting up a new Project template we encountered the following error in 12.1.3

User can not enable the Workplan Structure in the Project Template Structure option.

When trying to save after enabling the Workplan Structure, it is showing the error message

                   "Row 1 Error - Please set the Full Time Equivalent Hours Per Day implementation option before enabling the Workplan Structure."

The solution was found in Doc 1513615.1

SOLUTION

Please populate the values in Full Time Equivalent Hours (Per Day and Per Week) on the Projects Implementation Options in the Staffing tab.

But my question is does it matter what figure we enter in this field?   Are the hours entered used anywhere to perform any type of calculation or can we just enter any figure in here?
