Sales Order Update (R42800) puts error in work center "Invalid Address F0101"

When R42800 is run, the data selection for this version is to not go to Accounts Receivable.  There is no selling price.  We want the sales order update to happen and then close the sales order.  Sometimes, but not ever time, it gives and Address Invalid error.  It states: The address number entered is not in the address book master file (F0101).  The address does exist in the F0101.  The program does update the invoice number and close the sales order.  The costs go into the general ledger.  Has anyone seen this error or know why we are having it
