Is it possible in 12.1.3 to create an excel template for the Missing Timecard Report or Missing Time

We are on R12.1.3 and I have a request to create an Excel Template for the "Missing Timecard Report" or the "Missing Timecard Report (XML)" so the data can be viewed and sorted in Excel.   

Is it possible to create an Excel Template for a seeded report in R12.1.3?
