OSN production and test

Hi,

Are there two OSN portals one for test and another for production

production --           osn-prod.oracle.com

test --     osn.oracle.com

when i type in osn-prod.oracle.com it redirects me to osn.oracle.com

How does OSN distinguish between test and production.

How do we download the certificate files of test and production ?
