Errors encountered running txkCfgOC4JApp.pl

Hi

Product: Oracle Application Server 10g Release 3 (10.1.3.4.0) Patch Set 4

I'm stuck on 1 issue with my R12 VIS instance and seeking advise

%ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME%/adopmnctl.cmd only starts up web service....remaining services stay down

I have already tried to follow Deploying a New EAR File in Oracle Applications Release 12 (Doc ID 397174.1) however the txkrun.pl scripts fails

Full error output:

E:\oracle\VIS\apps\apps_st\appl\fnd\12.0.0\patch\115\bin>perl %FND_TOP%\bin\txkrun.pl -script=CfgOC4JApp
