Is there a way or program to copy E-Business Tax configurations from one instance to another.

Hi,

I am currently working on a project with many EBS instances being put in service at different times. Is there a way or a program to copy the E-Business Tax setups from one EBS environment into another. Many thanks in advance for your answers.
