unable to view party relationship in receivable manager after creating it using HZ_RELATIONSHIP_V2PU

I create party relationship using HZ_RELATIONSHIP_V2PUB.create_relationship as provided in the document 758278.1 and the relationship created successfully.

But when i go to receivable manager -> Party relationship, I am unable to view the relationship. Please let me know what needs to be done to make the relationship appear in receivable manager->Party relationship
