R12.1.3: Journal Approval Email Notification Not Displaying Journal Amount

Hi,

Can anyone please suggest the resolution of the issue for email notification for journal approval not displaying the Journal/Batch Amount. We are currently using R12.1.3 version of Oracle EBS.

I have read the document Doc ID 747594.1 which is valid for version 12.0 but i am unable to find any document for 12.1 or higher versions for same. The GL Batch/Journal amount is a critical requirement for our business to use this functionality. Any help on this is issue is highly appreciated.
