Oracle Approvals Mobile Application Login Issue

Hi All,

I configured the Approvals mobile application in the Oracle EBS and after installed the App in the mobile device, I am not able to login. After giving the User name and Password it is showing a white flash screen and within a few seconds it is redirecting to login page again.

Steps i did to configure the Approvals mobile app:

1. Applied the below patches for 12.1.3 instance.

  • p22465404_R12.ATG_PF.B_R12_LINUX
  • p23634170_R12_GENERIC
  • p24432372_R12.FND.C_R12_GENERIC

2. Navigate to "Mobile application Manager" responsibility and given the search criteria as Application Name='EBS Approvals'. Changed the status to Enabled and configured it. I am using Sub category as "Apps Local Login" in       the configuration details.
