Download&upload- Serialized item instances

Hello IB Team,

I am not sure if it is possible to download the S/N item instances from IB and again upload them, is there any way via cProg?

We have a requirement where we need to update few attributes against the S/N item instance, attributes we will add under the DFFs however with single entry it will take lot of time. I was wondering if it is possible to download the item instance with all its columns and DFFs segment in .CSV file and then after updating the values we can again upload them in system to view from front end.
