Change the default template ?

Dears , we are using oracle webcenter sites 11 g, we have site entry  then redirects to our website template.

The issue is when trying to create another template and make it as an attribute to be changed in a page template creation, it ignores it and still use our default template

Any help to check where can i find this default template redirection came form ?
