Possibility to send data entered in ACCOUNTS in position called "Web Site"

Hello,

I would like to ask you about possibility of informing / sending email addresses which are introduced in ACCOUNTS in position called "Web Site" in CRM ON DEMAND to the company's postal service. I would like this information to be repeated (sending) every hour or once a day. I would like to update the data (email addresses) entered into the application with the mail system. What are the options for implementing such functionality?

Can you offer some solution?

Of course, I do not mean to manually extract such data from CRM applications.
