Possibility to send data entered in Contact in position called "EMAIL"

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question

I would like to ask you about possibility of informing / sending email addresses which are introduced in "Contact" in position called "Email" in CRM ON DEMAND to the company's postal service. I would like this information to be repeated (sending) every hour or once a day. I would like to update the data (email addresses) entered into the application with the mail system. What are the options for implementing such functionality?

I would like to have online access, and situation that my mail server connecting in crm application and gets information introduced in Contact in position called "EMAIL".

Can you offer some solution?
