Log out with SSO doesn't work after upgrade to IP2016

Hi Folks!

We're experiencing an issue with logging out of Siebel after we upgraded to IP2016. Pressing log-out or CTRL+SHIFT+X will only restart the application. We do have an SSO implementation but it works for IP2013 (by work I mean the application browsers closes after log-out). I've seen this article Bookshelf v8.1/8.2: About Web Single Sign-On, but my understanding is that log out with SSO should still work.

My issue with this is that saving columns displayed without "proper log-out" doesn't commit the changes.
