How to delete Locked Period HFM data, without system chage

Hi Gurus,

Is there a way to delete locked period data without creating a System Change/Need to open the period again?

Assume, we have 2015 to 2017 data in the HFM classic app ( EPM 11.1.2.0). 2015 is completly locked. We need to delete 2015 data alone, without impacting 2016 and 2017 Closed and Open period data.
