enterprise manager for peoplesoft and OEM 13c certification

...looking to verify certifications for the ability to manage/discover peoplesoft targets running peopletools 8.54.18 in Enterprise Manager 13c. 

I'm somewhat puzzled between what I'm seeing on the certifications tab and the following paragraph from page 11 of the "PeopleSoft Application Management Plug-in 13.1.1.1.0 for Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c Installation" document.

"The Enterprise Manager for PeopleSoft Plug-in is compatible with at least PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.52. The most

current version of the Enterprise Manager for PeopleSoft Plug-in can monitor and administer systems running

PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.52 and higher."
