Is it possible to implement automatic numbering in Project Name field of 'Runtime Propmpts - Add New

Is it possible to implement automatic numbering in Project Name field of 'Runtime Propmpts - Add New Capital Project" menu?

It is opened after clicking in Propose New Projects > Enter New Project Details, when user will create a new project.

We would like to create a automatic project number (using project name field) using part of pre-selected Entity dimension value, the selected year in Year dimension and a sequecial number to build the complete project number.

Example: "ABCDE COMPANY" in Entity Dimension, "FY17" in Year Dimension

Desired project name (automatically): AB17000001

Next project name (automatically): AB17000002
