Updating AME config. variables for one transaction type

Hello,

I am on 12.2.5, and I am trying to update the AME Configuration Variable "Repeat Approvers" for 3 transaction types.  When I try to update the first one, it updates for all.

I am navigating to Approvals Management Administrator > Configuration Variables.  I search for the first transaction type (Purchase Requisition Approval) and click Go.  I change the variable and click Apply.  When I search for the next type, it already has the new value.  If I go out and back in and leave the type blank, that also has the new value.

How can I update the configuration variables for individual transaction types instead of for all at once?
