Need help finding JDE World download for Direct Migration to Enterprisone

The Direct Migration manual for A9.3 to E1 9.1 mentions the JDE World Software Download A934500344, but that download no longer appears on the Update Center.  Is there some other download that supercedes it?  I only see A73* downloads that pertain to JDE World to E1 Migration on the Update Center.  Nothing for JDE World releases above A7.3?
