Prorated Credit only for Service closure and not for Service inactivation.

Hello Team,

Currently for a product with prorate on cancellation setting enabled, the prorated credit is given back into the system, whenever the service is inactiveed or closed (From customer center, for example).

Is it possible to generate prorated credit only during service closure and not during service inactivation? If yes, how to do this?

Please advise.
