Multiple Kanban Cards in E-Kanban

Does replenishment order consolidation in E-Kanban suggest that you can have multiple Kanban cards scanned to replenishment prior to a consolidated supply order (work order) get created? Business would like to have 4 Kanban cards for 25 each be scanned before a single WIP job for 100 gets created.

Is that possible?
