SGA and PGA Memory Advise - Slow performance ( 12c RAC DB )

What is the possible limit to which we can increase SGA ?

Any suggestions on fine tuning our RAC environment to improve the DB & query performance.

Here are the details ,

1) Physical RAM in the OS is 503 GB (12c RAC DB Env ) …

Mem:           503        489         14          0          1        186

-/+ buffers/cache:        300        202

Swap:           16          0         16

2) SGA is 250 GB

sga_max_size     big integer 250G

sga_target     big integer 250G

unified_audit_sga_queue_size     integer 1048576

3) PGA is 50GB
