Is it possible to translate a single account balance at a different rate?

Hello Community.  Our accounting department would like to translate one asset account and one expense account at different rates than the other accounts.  I understand that translation is run on all accounts in a balancing segment value and that there are no options when submitting the translation program to select individual accounts but wanted to explore if there is a workaround.  Maybe setup a different BSV for those accounts and run translation at specific rates?  Or create security rules for a new responsibility to run translation for just those two accounts?
