Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. gather_db_stats takes longer after upgrade to 12c

It seems like running standard gather_db_stats job takes about 50% longer after upgrade from 11.2.0.4 -> 12.1.0.2.

Any ideas why ?

Anything specifik that we should be aware of regarding the statistics after upgrade to 12c ?
