Product Import Issue

We can used two columns attrib_34 and attrib_35 from Siebel_prod_int_x table and renamed them to type and sub type. Type is a LOV type field and Sub Type is a text field. For each product we have configured some values for both these fields and associated them to the corresponding product. Now during migration of product setup to another environment we are first deploying the column level changes and then adding the LOV values. Then we are taking the full structure export and importing the same XML in destination environment. After releasing the product we can see that the values
