Disa 2.17.4 upgrade not applicable

Hello

I have several Windows 7 machines (64 Bit). I am trying to upgrade DISA version from 2.17.2 to 2.17.4. 

I have uninstalled version 2.17.2 but when i try to install version 2.17.4 i get a message "One or more newer versions of the product are already installed.  An upgrade is not applicable."

I have checked Windows registry for changes made during DISA installation but couldn't find the source of problem.

I found following information on " Install and Deploy Desktop Integration Siebel Agent (DISA) (Doc ID 2261758.2)" but link for Document ID 225746.1 is not working

If the DISA application has been uninstall while the application was running or some problem happened during the uninstall process some corrupted files may prevent the installation of a new DISA version. Please review Document:
