How to generate a customized report from CDH?

Hi,

We know that in CDH, some predefined profile reports can be created. 

But I need to know if we can generate a customized report according to our business requirement. One of our requirement is as below

"Organization name report

- This report will allow all streams to be able to view the Active Organization Names where customer name was created wrongly as per the CDH Data Entry Data Quality Policy"

Kindly help us in knowing the Report functions better.
