How to escalate a human task considering only working hours of assignee?

I am using Oracle BPM Worklist application which comes under SOA Suit 12c for managing human tasks.  I want to escalate a human task after some specific hours coming from a variable. But only working hours of assignee need to be considered for this. I want to set Working hours of employee for weekdays and also want to configure holidays for the calendar year. We can say similar thing which we specify in BPM projects in Organization file.

I am able to find setting for vacation rule in BPM worklist app but not able to find settings to set working hours of assignee.
