Oracle Database 11.2.0.1 dbms_workload_repository.awr_report_html generates ORA-07445 with [koxss2wi

We have Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

on Linux 2.6.32-300.3.1.el6uek.x86_64

When trying to call dbms_workload_repository.awr_report_html the session disconnects

and error in alert log:
