Oracle Orchestrator doesn't identify Power Form fields in add/update options

Hello Community.

We are in a project to integrate a custom Java application with a custom Sales Order Entry (a copy of P42101, named P5542101). We want to use the Orchestrator to integrate them (the Java application will create the order, and the Orchestrator will send it to JDE just to insert the order). However, we are having got problems to do it. The Orchestrator doesn't identify the fields for the form W5542101D in add and update options of Service Request; it shows only a line with the application, the form and the version (in the inquiry option it shows the fields).
