A2 is not calculating correctly when running R30812

New items are created on 5/18/17, BOM Price Effective Date is 5/18/17 and Routing Price Effective Date is 3/22/17.  When R30812 is ran on 5/18/17 the A2 does not calculate correctly.  As of date on R30812 is set to blank.  However, run R30812 on 5/19/17 the A2 cost calculates correctly.  Does anybody know why this is happening?
