Incorrect timezone in two forms EAM (Scheduler Workbench and EAMWOMDF)

Good Afternoon.

I have a problema between two forms in the EAM.

The fist forms ir : EAMWOMDF

I put the Start Date and copletion date in the fild and the forms save the date in forms and database corretly.

Start Date : 17:40

But, when i will to forms Scheduler Workbench and open the Work Order, the time is opended the time record at database - my timezone.

Start Date : 17:40 - ( Timezone São Paulo -03:00 )  = Start Date : 14:40

Have any options to modifi the timezone of Forms?

I saw the profiles of responsability and user and are empty.
