Importing data objects other than tables using data pump

Hi

We have a 11.2.0.4 Database and have a question on the data pump

Is it possible to import only procedures or a specific procedure or functions or a specific functions from an schema level export using data pump?

In our case, the export is a schema level export and includes tables / indexes etc etc but we dont want to import any of the tables ONLY PROCEDURES and TRIGGERS and FUNCTIONS and that too selective ones. Is that possible? If yes, can someone explain with a simple example about the syntax we would need to use ?
