Memory Advise (SGA and PGA) OEL6 - Slow performance ( 12c RAC DB with ASM )

What is the possible limit to which we can increase SGA ?

Any suggestions on fine tuning our RAC environment to improve the DB & query performance

          Want to seek experts advice on how much memory on OS is feasible and the scope of raising current SGA based on the below detail. ( As if the system runs out of memory and starts to swap memory out , the clusterware will not be able to work properly any more, as this can lead to node evictions(reboot) ),

Here are the details ,

1) Physical RAM in the OS is 503 GB (12c RAC DB Env ) …
