Advance pricing issue

Hello ,

i have one doubt regarding one Advance pricing requirement .

Basically in my current system , we setup the discount according to particular customers and items.

But now we have new requirement like ,, If we create one sales order with more than 8 items with more than 95 cartons Quantity then that customer should get 3% extra discount.

So is there any way to setup accordingly ?

please advice your suggestions
