Client for windows 10

Dear all,

Sorry that I'm not sure where I can ask this questions. I try to setup Oracle 11g R2 client for the testing Windows 10 Machine. I get error that "Environment doesn't meet minimum requirements". I need setup 32bit client for our legacy program. What kind of client I should Install?
