R12 Where is the translation window for payment methods

In 11i Payment Method was defined as a Payables lookup code in forms. You had the translations window and could translate the meaning to any installed language.

In R12 it's not defined as a lookup code instead it's defined in the Payments Framework pages.

Is there a translation window or do you actually have to access the Pay Methods in each language and update?
